Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we do love custom orders! I can often look for special themed fabrics to make your items even more personalised! Our little ones all come in different shapes and sizes, so please let me know so I can adjust the fit!
Care instructions
To keep wash wear to a minimum and colours nice and bright, please wash inside out with similar colours at 30 degrees celsius and line dry.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are wrapped in tissue paper, with a fabric ribbon and can be sent straight to your recipient if you wish, with a personal note on the tag (please remember to leave your message as a note to seller)
How will my order be shipped?
All items are sent 1st Class Signed for. If you are ordering multiple items and/or your order would be difficult to replace in the unlikely case it did get lost, you have the option to send Special Delivery.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
From the time of placing your order, It will usually take 3-4 Weeks (Sometimes sooner)to make your item and then post out. Orders are posted out twice a week and you will be advised when your items are on their way to you. Normally, you can expect your items to arrive 2-3 days after posting.
At busy times of the year, orders may take a bit longer, a notice will be put on the homepage to advise of this.
So to avoid disappointment please make sure you check the relevant, shipping times before ordering, especially if you need your item by a certain date.
What if My parcel goes missing!
Most orders arrive within the time frames outlined, however a small percentage of orders take a little longer to arrive. An item is not considered missing by Royal Mail until it's been 4 weeks. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund until after this period, as it might still turn up!
What if I want to Cancel or Return an item?
To Cancel an order, please request a cancellation within 24hrs of Purchase. Unfortunately due to the fact that all items are made to order, we are Unable to accept returns unless the item arrives Faulty. We cannot accept returns of Items for refund that have been worn. Before posting, we take full Photos of each item.
